Dr. Aditi Sharma founded VIA Solutions Group with a single, clear vision: to help biotech and life science teams master their data analysis challenges and turn complexity into clarity. Trained as an immunologist with a PhD from CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute in India, she is deeply passionate about transforming scientific discovery into real-world impact. Previously at Synthekine Inc., Aditi led spectral flow cytometry data interpretation for Phase 1 CAR T cell clinical trials in cancer and autoimmune diseases. Her postdoctoral research at UC San Diego revealed how e-cigarettes disrupt gut barrier function, gaining significant media attention. During her postdoctoral tenure at UC San Francisco, she advanced human iPSCs and single-cell RNA sequencing studies to unravel immune-driven mechanisms in rare genetic bone disorders. Beyond her analytical work, she serves as Program Manager and Mentor for Horizons Quest (a STEMPeers initiative), where she empowers high school students to explore impactful STEM pathways. In her free time, Aditi finds balance in writing poetry and walking in nature, practices that fuel her creativity and reflective thinking.
