Dr. Aditi Sharma founded VIA Solutions Group with a single, clear vision: to help biotech and life science teams master their data analysis challenges and turn complexity into clarity. Trained as an immunologist, she is deeply passionate about transforming scientific discovery into real-world impact. Drawing on her research tenure at UCSF and UCSD, Aditi applies her expertise in immunology and data interpretation to solve critical biotech challenges. Beyond her analytical work, she serves as Program Manager and Mentor for Horizons Quest, where she empowers high school students to explore impactful STEM pathways.
